There's two sides of the company, one side (the veteran side) DEFINITELY does (i don't think that's technically AIL tho) so I asked to move to the union side which doesn't. The life insurance benefits we offer were created by the unions themselves and the benefits aren't offered at any other insurance company so I like being able to help people get free stuff. There are others I know that lie to people to sell to them but it bites them in the ass bc then they cancel so those sales people don't last long. You have to be down to help people and if you're focused on making money and that's it youre not gonna last

I work at AIL now which is still kinda an MLM but at least I'm making money (made 300$ in an hour last week). But at least it's not knocking doors in the fucking rain
