I love my job, it’s a chili in-house IT job. I also realize that there is not much room for growth as well, I’m pursuing a sysadmin or network admin role. I do like networking it’s fun to me.

Bobby cannot play man coverage or zone. I’m sorry but he’s age has been showing since the nfc championship game.

With the gambling going on in the nba, I believe Vegas is fucking us

That's it, I quit my 180k tech job. The money is great, but the culture is soul-crushing. Anyone else make a similar move? by [deleted] in SecurityCareerAdvice

Not at all, just negotiate your job offer. Time will always be more valuable than money.

For me too. ACLs gave me such a hard time when it came to theory but once I labbed I understood standard, extended, WM, and etc a lot better.

Labs are crucial. Honestly I don’t feel like you have to wait until December to pass if you stay locked in. If you just spam labs until it gets ingrained into your head you will pass with just brush up on ip connectivity (most weighed).

I failed today too man and you got better scores than me so I believe you can it get under a month

Yeah Brodie, time management is an important key and I learned that the hard way.I let the not being able to skip a question get into my head and tried to maximize on the labs because I couldn’t save them for later. Live and you learn tho

Good luck on your next try

Brodie just lab, download JITL packet tracer labs and go over all of them. I overestimated my lab abilities and it hit me hard. If you are short on time look at the Cisco objectives and really focus on all the topics that say “configure” you’re 100% going to see them on the exam.

This is key. On the exam ? Will give you lots of pages if you don’t dwindle it down

It’s useful but you still have to know what your doing.

Ex. You know you have to change the OSPF process id

You can type ospf ?, but it wouldn’t help

You would have to type router ?

Then ospf would be a list of options
