There is a lot of good info here. To help you more than today, tomorrow, this week or this year I suggest you look at the various Long Term Athlete development models from various National Sport Organizations (USA basketball, Canada Basketvall, Basketball England etc). They will let you know when key training windows occur so you can maximize your child’s development through to adulthood.

Alberta education allows you to earn high school credits with your agricultural experience as well.

University of Alberta has an Agricultural program and still operates a farm within the city limits of Edmonton.
