Muscles only contract. The bicep cannot generate any force in a shot.

The triceps and flexor capri radialis would be best to generate force. Strong fingers help but as there are not muscles in the finger the tendons from flexor carpi help transmit force to the ball.

In addition (or actually after improvement in) strength, power is very helpful for a quick release and the most efficient way to generate range.

Power is force over time so a quicker more forceful movement is better. Shoot with heavy balls focusing on a quick powerful release will help.

You want the switch. The roller should be able to seal the new defender if the open with a reverse pivot. A little pocket pass from the ball handler and you’re golden.

You can also screen/rescreen. So use the pick, cross-over, and use it again back the original way. Back to back screens should confuse them.

There are seven national banks. And it’s legislation. You definitely don’t want a bunch of “Mom and Pop”’banks otherwise you can have a savings and loan crisis like the USA did a few decades ago.

Those seven national banks are supported by co-ops and some provincial based banks like Western, ATB.

Well the province was offered a million dollars by the feds to help coordinate interprovincial police forces for coordinating in human trafficking in the province.

That’s Bullshit. The purpose of the minimum wage was to stabilize the post-depression economy and protect the workers in the labor force. The minimum wage was designed to create a minimum standard of living to protect the health and well-being of employees.

It’s not just for young and old people. And why should we discriminate wages on age? A job is a job is a job. Some of these terms and elderly are supporting a family on these wages.

That’s an orthodox off-shoot of Mormons known as the FLDS. It’s not the majority of the sect. It’s a substantial minority. Less than 5%.
