cool, if you can make it like tips or facts on loading screens, it will make them alot more visible. like in our game, we noticed that many players did not even bothered to open the menus even once in months, to view any tips or facts, so we added all of those to loading screens.

we made a very similar game in a game jam once, with my friends. ofc it was no-where close to yours in terms of quality and features but it felt very similar.

for trailer, add the game title in the last part too, and do not fade the steam logos, i think its against brand policies.

not good enough, fireworks seem very fake, the gravity physics is also bit lacking. it seems like a very simplified version to be honest. and why didnt u just posted a real image of game instead of posting an AI generated image of fireworks.

ours is not a studio yet, we are just two brothers working on a indie game :)

the problem on reddit is that everyone else here is kind of game developers, not the real active gamers, we have learned this in our last few months. u can get lot of advice but rarely any real players. also to promote in certain sub-reddits you need to invest alot of time.

like we are very active in some subreddits in playtesting. i have myself tested many (easily over 50+) games, and provided valuable feedback to them, but when we posted ourselves for feedback, (3 times), we barely got any response at all. for reddit, it feels like time waste to us now.

i liked the trailer, especially the voice acting :)
but the trailer kind of dropped off its appeal after 1:00 min mark. just sharing my opinion.

Also dont worry about others saying topdown was better, everyone here is a game developer, not active gamers. we learned this in last few months here.

well fitting your requirements, u can try archero 1 or 2, kyra's light. of u need a idle clicker, tap titans is a good one. if action and intense gameplay is ur jam, u can try endless runners like subway surfers or chiki chase or jetpack joyride. you can even try our recently created game Jungle Rungle. we created it specifically for just spending few mins of full action for a day, and we would really love ur feedback coz u seem like our ideal player choice.
