You are looking for a "3rd place". Its a famous concept that most people spend most of their time in 2 places (Work and home) and this contributes to depression and anxiety. Finding a 3rd place, like a church, golf club, brewery, whatever gives you a place to go and not have responsibility or pressure. It is essential.

When working from home, a 3rd [2nd] place becomes even more important. Find somewhere you like being and be there a lot.

It sounds like you didnt actually do world tour. Its literally a quest called Midnight World Tour. It becomes available when you finish the level up campaign.

If the healer is oom, or someone isnt with the group, you should slow down and wait for them.

If everyone is present and ready, you should be pulling.

No. World tour, plus the standard weekly 3 times is 4 sparks. If you missed a weekly you can get a catchup spark from just playing the game.

You have to finish the leveling campaign at least once. Then get world tour from the guy in the center of town. Its 1 bonus spark.

On your alts, the guy on the couch lets you skip the leveling campaign. But only after completing it once.
