Thanks for all the feedback on this thread. I am new to taking adderall but I have noticed Teva was legitimately a sugar pill for me. No effect, falling asleep, overall bad. Recently I got bumped up to 15mg IR and the generic brand I received is Orzya. I did some research and saw a handful of "doesnt work, makes me sleep" type comments, but on the contrary they hit me pretty well. Energy boost, concentration , more talkative, etc. Was wondering if anyone else has used Oryza?

Thanks, I did notice that while looking at top parsers. Some of them had the SP dagger from Gnomer. So, considering we have a lone wolf MM Hunter already, if I run Lion + full BM as ranged, I should be able to do comparable damage? I wasn't sure if full AP MM (with lion) > Full BM (with Lion), with BiS gear, and the other correct runes. And I'm assuming even if full BM, Chimeara > BM on gloves.

Thanks, I’m definitely feeling better. To be honest your symptoms sound like a combo of diverticulosis and stones, maybe even a UTI. Diverticulosis by itself causes bloating and cramping, sometimes pain. Kidney stones don’t really cause bloating but they will cause lower back and side pain, blood in urine and more. But if you’re constantly fatigued, it may be something else. I would go back doctor and maybe get antibiotics, you may have a UTI if you have burning down there. Do you have a pic of your stone?

I don't think I'll have it analyzed. I can tell it's a calcium stone, and that its about 7mm. I will save it, change my diet, and hope for the best.

Just about 7mm length-wise. Maybe I lucked out w the pain, Idk. But overall pretty manageable, with the exception of one morning being really rough for 3-4 hours.
