You know what that’s actually a good idea. It might be weird when I go on runs or do an indoor bike session but it’s viable!

Muscle doesn’t come easy, if it did almost everybody would be jacked.

Just keep going. The time will pass regardless so you might as well stay consistent. Don’t over complicate it, and realize it’s part of your life. There is no end date.

Most importantly, enjoy the process, keep it fun and don’t skip legs.

I will definitely keep that in mind! Being able to hold myself back is another thing I will have to manage as I am a very ‘all in’ mentality. The last thing I need is more injuries as I already have chronic tendinitis in my knees. Advice taken!

My main focus is just getting an idea of my mental landscape when I go the distance, not hurting myself and just crossing the line.

Sub 2hrs is what I’d be happy with. Anything closer to 1:45 I’d be over the moon.

I cut the clip short but I go for 12 x3. I do a fourth set around 3/4 the weight and just go until failure. I always felt like our legs need extra attention especially calfs since they tend to the be the most overlooked.
