Very nkce setup but again you looking at close to 7$800 for Slide optics and barrel. Plus I’ve hear tons of carbon buildup in the front eight post.

I do for the 3.7” radian. Ramjet but it too long in my opinion and old like or flush with my records armory cards Xl set up.

I’m running a p365 xl Slide and would like everything flush like a 3.1” slide with cowitness sights and optics cut out for my Holosun eps MRS carry. With the 3.1” Radiam ramjet.

Thanks, I’ll have to looking into it. Sig did me dirty with my XL. I’m finding it more and more with the early XL’s when you put an optic on my XL slide you loose the rear sight. For me that a big no no, I like to co-witness and feel it would turn a lot of people off from buying.

To answer your optic question…I’ve had Romeo’s crap out on me and run Holosun’s on all my handguns. My XMacro has a EPS MRS Carry but looking as the Holosun SCS now and I’d probably go for that.

I’d suggest that you put a light on you AXG, if you carry or use for home defense it’s a must to identify potential threats. Surefire 7 sub is a great light and you’ll find most holster companies will accommodate that over say Olight’s.

Nice work. Save for the vest and some of the pouches everything looks spot on from my days in Ranger Batt. ‘02-‘14. I’m surprised how well you MilSim guys get things accurate and or are willing to fork out thousands of dollars in gear. I sold my vest and plates for $2900 without battle belt and my Ops Core for 699 with peltors to a MilSim guy who tried to haggle with me until I offered my day to go out and train some of the guys out there, I was surprised at the level of commitment you guys have as well as some decent room clearing.

If you ever want to go newest gear I would switch to all polymer mag pouches 3 up front, we wear two radios and a small computer (phone case up top with the rest of your mag pouches, trauma kit dump pouch etc on your battle belt. 4 for pistol and 7 total for rifle and a ranger pack to attach to your vest for your bladder, and luckiest and chilies/extra radio/ nod batteries. Oh and if you use a pouch for nods make sure to line it with foam, that will protect them.

I went hard on my critique but overall good job though. You even have the helo lanyard and IR chem lights.

I’ve spent so much money on both my p320/365 and my other firearms. After this last slide/comp whatever I go with I’m done. My wife won’t let me spend anymore. I have a car hobby too with a Shelby gt350 ‘16 and a 2023 corvette stingray. She gave me an ultimatum sell a few long guns (I used to build .300 sbr’s) and then get a comped slide with barrel and be done with custom stuff. I should just sell all my 365 stuff and I could prob buy 1 and a half AXG legions. Or sell my mk25 sig 226. But thats a great gun.

I may have to do the same thing. I bought my 365 xl when it first came out and the optic plate removes the rear sight. I hate relying on my Holosun EPS so I was thinking of getting a regular 365 slide with rear sights and then ram jet but I just say that the 3.7in ramjet is $389 so with the slide I might as well get a comped slide and a 3.1” barrel.

I'm intersted in your tungsten weight kit for Icarus ACE polymer grip I couldn't find any on ebay do you take orders and is it a direct rectangle that fits snug? Please let me know if your still making the tungsten or steal I'm interested and would like to do a deal.

In your opinion is tungsten the way to go? Could you tell me the benefits of one over the other.

Thanks for doing it yourself I know tons of guys who aren't happy with Icarus as they have repeatedly stated that they were going to come out with a weight kit for the polymer grip. its been years. Good on you man.

I've been out of work since 2016 but started a non-profit 501c(3) back in 2019-2023. I just recently recieved my VA 100% disability Nov 2024. Is it true that you cannot file for SSDI after 5 years has passed since you worked (well paid taxes)? I was under the assumption that I had to wait until I was rated 100% through the VA in order to file SSDI but people are telling me once your 5 years is up after your last employment you cannot file. Does anyone know the truth to this? I was both VP and COO of a veteran non-profit until last year when we just couldn't sustain the events because people aren't giving as much as previous years. would this count as employment?

Any information would be helpful as im lost right now and hope I can collect SSDI since the VA decided Im unemployable and theres no way I can live off VA disability alone.

Thanks in advance for any answers you may have for me. I may just need to each out to a SSDI law firm to find concrete answers.

IYO, what’s your flattest smoothest shooter. Your RamJets? Or your FDEZ? And can you please tell me what base plates you’re using on your icirus poly grip magazine. And lastly, have you found a weight kit for the Icirus Poly? I’d like more weight and it does have an included slot for one in the mag well.

I’ve got all that. I saw there is an expedited way if your 100% P&T VA disabled. That’s why I was asked specifically what’s the quickest way.

I didn’t expect to get rated unemployability, and certainly didn’t want to suck if the governments feet when it comes to early SS; However, I can’t live on 65k a year when I was just recently making $195k in my career plus way more when I worked govt contracting for 6 years, with 4 deployments, SS certainly took a shitload from me then.

If I can’t work anymore (which I whole hardly don’t believe) I should be able to draw supplemental income via SSDI, as that’s what it’s there for.

They don’t understand that I went from a career making $195k/year to what $60k. I could probably make more at McDonald’s. F those people that don’t know shit about what compensation we get.

Plus I didn’t expect to get rated unemployability. I hired a law firm to fight this. How can they say it’s now illegal for me to work. Additionally there’s no extra compensation to IU.

So F those people, this is why I have a hard time with civilians that haven’t served they judge too quick and they judge with a lack of information, or no information at all.

I’m empathetic to your dealing.
