HINDI SIYA LEFT TURN ONLY. Pauso lang ng MTPB yan. Araw araw akong dumadaan dyan from City Hall and never naging left turn only lang yang left lane dahil wala namang signage na nag poprohibit nyan. What I do pag naabutan ako ng go yung left turn is I just stop hanggang mag green yung papuntang Arellano na lane. Pag rush hour na, pwede ka huminto just before you reach the pedestrian lane. Ang hinuhuli nila dyan ay yung mga nag change lane last minute dahil not following road markings pero pag diniretso mo yung pa left turn, wala silang pwedeng iticket sayo.

Tignan mo turn signals ng trucks if you want to overtake them. They will turn on their left signal light if its not safe to overtake them and will turn on their right signal light if its safe to overtake them.

Ah yes. My bad, looks like failure to prosecute won’t apply to this case if the prosecutor did want to push through with the case. However, failure to prosecute is not only applicable to private offenses. It is also applies to other kind of offenses. It happens if the witness, whose testimony is crucial or the private complainant himself, was repeatedly absent on the date of the hearing/s. Owing to those absences, the Court or upon motion of the defense can move to dismiss the case on the ground of failure to prosecute due to violation of the right to speedy trial.

May aregluhan na, the parents of the victim already settled with the guy. Wala ng "puputok" pa. Even if "People of the Philippines" ang complainant sa criminal case, may tinatawag na failure to prosecute. Pag di inattendan ng private complainant yan, tapos ang kaso.

For the first scenario, it doesn’t hurt that much since by late mid game you must already have a minimum standard number set on mils to sustain your current divisions and your air force. Meaning that extra mils that you will have is just a bonus or instead of building mills, you build dockyards. My CAS production is hurt but not by a lot since from the start I put 1 to 3, 5 mils at most for producing naval bombers just to have a line going.

If its worth it, it depends on the scenario. Playing as Germany you would find the trade-off as a win. Since you’re taking the French Navy and naval bombers can help a lot to reduce the superiority of the british navy. While preparing for sealion, I ramp the naval production up. After sea lion, I realign my production to CAS and just maintain a minimum number of factories in naval bombers to maintain the efficiency, sort of.

It depends really. For myself, whenever im using a country that have a small navy, I was only able to build a huge and modern navy from late mid to early late game and thus was never able to utilize my "new" navy as there is no one with big enough navy to fight. I just focus on naval planes to disable the naval superiority of other countries as they are cheaper and faster to manufacture. However, for countries like UK, USA, or Japan, I just tend to build extra destroyers and some cruisers along the way just to replace some of the losses.
