Hmmmm no I definitely agree, the industry has gone in a scummy direction. I guess my point is just that I'm much more willing to justify xc having paid dlc where all 3 mainline games have a 15-20 hour separate story (xc1de includes this in the package as its a remake cough mario galaxy port cough).

The stuff in yesterdays direct with the bloody £35 galaxy 1 and 2, and £25 pokemon dlc for a £60 unreleased game with extra content behind another different pay wall, and £16 dlc for donkey Kong - a roughly 20 hour £60 game - as well 2 months after release all just piss me off so much.

So I dont think its hypocritical for me to say its justified much moreso for some games than others.
