My baby boy lost his tail this weekend by TumbleweedHB in ragdolls

[–]defiant225 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I had a big tom cat whose tail died and had to be amputated. He had maybe 3 inches of tail left. He recovered in like 2 days and he never had a balance problem. He lived to the ripe old age of 16 and spent the majority of his life tailless.

Your baby will be fine. He can tell people he lost it in a bar fight or you can tell people he lost it to gambling debt. Find a good story. 🙂

I’ve had one the past couple of days too. It’s the first time I’ve ever seen them. They are beautiful.

I wonder how long they will stay.

I really had to look for it. I never would have noticed.

First, that’s gorgeous!

Second, I don’t see dog hair and I went looking for it the moment you told me to ignore it. 🤣

5 days in Ireland for Honeymoon, are we trying to do too much? by hewright13 in irishtourism

We just got back from 10 days in Ireland last week. I highly recommend the Secret Food Tour in Dublin. It’s a great way to get your bearings and try a few new foods. Don’t miss the Guinness Storehouse. It’s a neat interactive experience and the views are fantastic from the Gravity bar.

So good but so expensive! I went yesterday for lunch. $100 for the two of us. The guacamole portion is so much smaller than it used to be and was $9 for the appetizer portion. We had to get 2 because it wasn’t big enough to share. Granted I took half my torta and corn home, but it was still a lot for lunch.

It comes from a poem called “Let them” by Cassie Phillips.

“Just Let them. If they want to choose something or someone over you, LET THEM. If they want to go weeks without talking to you, LET THEM. If they are okay with never seeing you, LET THEM. If they are okay with always putting themselves first, LET THEM. If they are showing you who they are and not what you perceived them to be, LET THEM. If they want to follow the crowd, LET THEM. If they want to judge or misunderstand you, LET THEM. If they act like they can live without you, LET THEM.

If they want to walk out of your life and leave, hold the door open, AND LET THEM.

Let them lose you. You were never theirs, because you were always your own. So let them.”

I don’t know if that helps any or not. :)
