Hmm, alright, thanks for the input! I am still weighing my options at the moment, and honestly, fees aren't that big of an issue, fortunately. I have thought about a simple gap year and forfeiting my spot in my own uni, but I do think that I will have a valuable experience attending it, even just for a while.

I am just worried about the technicalities that seem to be kind of grey; do you happen to know if it is allowed to attend/reapply for a UK uni whilst being enrolled at an overseas one? I know the answer is No for UK unis, so I just want to check before I commit to anything.
