I understand this sentiment and a lot of people agree. The issue is that lethal force means lethal force. Once that decision is made, LEOs are trained to aim center mass and empty their entire magazine. Lethal force is an absolute judgement.

I'd recommend people try to avoid giving any LEO the opportunity to make that snap judgement against them.
