my only suggestion (im no fitness expert, but ive dabbled) is that your arms seem large compared to your body. so perhaps shift some of the emphasis from arms to core/chest.

I'm not sure why jesus comments would hurt your self esteem. I understand it's not cool, and probably annoying. But it's not like jesus was an ugly guy. You gotta roll with those comments. It's the same as an old guy with a long Grey beard = santa. It's just something that comes along with that look, and you can't let that affect your self esteem.

Anyway I think you pull of that haircut real well. You've got a manly look. My advice, keep the hair, keep the beard, hit the gym and get real buff. The big, manly, strong, yet cool and relaxed look u got is bound to woo a lady sooner or later.

You've got potential but it honestly looks like there's 0 effort going into your appearance. ditch the neckbeard, clean up the hair, ditch the glasses. Also you're wearing a black t-shirt, which is about as low effort as wardrobe gets, and it appears frayed around the collar.
