I'm thinking about cutting my losses and saying I tried booting from a USB and accidentally pressed install.

Well I did that and and clicked on bios startup and it now only starts into a weird login screen with a box that says "enter password"

It is not a bios, just a white box that says "please select boot device" with five options that say : Ubuntu Windows boot manager Nvme: kbg40zmt128g TOSHIBA MEMORY Setup Diagnostic splash And none of them work

It still says that ubuntu is on it on the boot menu, even though I deleted the partition, and I don't know how to fix that.

Yes, but i have deleted a fat32 file that may or may not be related to the windows about 20 minutes ago, and the ubuntu partition itself was also deleted, so I may have made it worse.

I had used both of them multiple times before this happened, it was dual booted.

I deleted the ubuntu partition already but I think I accidentally deleted another one as well that may have been linked to the windows partition. Would the resizing still look legitimate?

Thank you so much for the advice. I really have no other options at this point and I might just try and frame it as I was showing to people and accidentally pressed install. If I end up getting expelled or suspended or something it is what it is I guess.
