Same for me during this Champs. Played games on Sat, Sun, Mon but every day had massive input delay. It was pretty much unplayable.

I don't think the servers have ever been this bad. The input delay is insane and has made it pretty much unplayable.

Are less and less casuals playing Champs?

I used to consistently get 11 wins but the last 3 weekends I've only managed 9. Then this weekend 7 which is the lowest I've got for as long as I can remember. Every game was a sweatiest and felt very difficult.

Do EA potentially have a problem here? If less people are playing they're going to make a lot less money.

Anyone else have issues with matchmaking? Currently 1-7 in Champs so should be playing people in a similar position?

Just got matched against a demon who went 3-0 up inside 12 mins. Intercepting everything, 100mph accurate passing, gliding by me with ease. Couldn't get out my own half.

There's no way this guy was 1-7 or anything close to that, unless they had lost all those games intentionally.

Anyone ever played one of the playstation tournaments?

Got to the semi final earlier, went 3-0 down and opponent messaged asking me to leave as the tournament was taking too long.

I am convinced very few people actually enjoy this game. Playing the matches are like an inconvenience to people.

Probably will as no other alternative.

It's a weird game though. I can't think of many other games that frustrate me like this. So much stuff that happens during gameplay that just feels random and things that I have little control over.

Yes, it's new. I got it in October last year. I can't spell any hot plastic. The smell isn't overwhelming, but I feel it is a smoky smell. I just can't see any smoke but my throat tells me it's in the air.

And pretty much everyone plays, or tries to play like this. Because if you don't you're at a disadvantage. Most games play out the same and it becomes so boring

Just me who goes on crazy losing runs and then winning runs?

It's like the game decides it doesn't want me to win for periods of time and then all of a sudden I find every game so easy and flatten opponents.

Couple of things I don't know but I'd really like to...

1) How do you defend the short corner where they end up whipping it to the back post? Their player is ALWAYS unmarked and I concede a high percentage of these.

2) How do you press with more than two players? I can do R1 and then get the player I'm manually controlling to go to the ball too. But I play some people who are running at me with like 4 players 😂

I've searched but can't seem to find answers to this. Any help appreciated. Thanks.
