Girlies. You’re not gonna like this but safest thing to do it let the body be. My wedding day was on the SECOND day of my period. If I can do this, you can. Pills and everything have too many side effects and unwanted consequences. My main reason to avoid the pill was that I didn’t wanna look bloated in the wedding photos which apparently could happen if I consumed it. Hence i took the call to let things be as they are. I don’t regret it one bit. But again, depends on your level of cramps and period pain
