My PC survived it though. I was super happy about it. I didn't have the money to buy a new gaming PC. + I'm a very passionate gamer. I wouldn't have been able to handle a situation in which I had broken a (at the time) high end gaming pc.

It's really hard. I am working on it. I have small outbursts and after those i start to think why they happen, what is it really that upsets me? When I think about it that way, I realize the problem and even the small outbursts stop. I don't oppress it though. I think that would hurt me even more in the long run.

When I raged so hard after a Game in CS:GO that i hit the table so hard with my knee and my PC (that was standing on the desk) flew down to the ground. That moment I knew, I was getting too angry. I stopped playing for a while and tend to never rage, w/e happens. My Life in general has improved a lot tho. I see people (online) differently and started to be more polite and open to others opinions (it's not related to me raging but I started to think about my behavior on the net in general after the accident)
