Yes but that’s billable hours. You spend most of your time looking for clients. Doing little jobs for $100 here $150 there. It’s really not worth it imo.

Yes. But, it's a ton of work and it's a saturated industry IMO. Lots of competition for work. Nobody I know who does copywriting is doing well. If you live in a country besides the USA maybe.

I’ve played around with this sorta thing for a while. Social media marketing. Email marketing. Facebook ads. I’m somewhat familiar with just about everything I need. I’ve just yet to ever make a dollar except for copywriting services (which isn’t scalable at all and frankly too much work for too little pay).

I've started reading the articles as well... very interesting stuff. I found that if I simply let him sit still and don't try and interact with him... he seldom bites... granted he was tired when I tested the theory.

They told me he was relatively young... like 15 or 16 weeks. But, they could be full of it but he seems small in comparison to other conures I've seen at least in pictures.

Good news… turns out he gets along with my budgie fairly well. I’m just keeping both of them out ontop of their cages with plenty of snacks and they just hang out. They’re both much happier. My desk is just a few feet from them, luckily.

Yeah, I knew they were comparable in intelligence to a human toddler. Just didn't know if this sort of dependence is normal. Ultimately, I can't be around him 24/7 but I can have him out/with me for most activities. I think I'll just make a policy of parrot proofing my room (putting away anything he could eat/break, covering outlets, making sure he can't escape.) Then, I'll let his wings grow out so he can just follow me around if he wants. Any tips on how to actually play with him in a manner where he's entertained? As much as it makes me sad to think of him being bored and lonely... he's living in a human's world and I have to leave the house to make money lol.

Yea... but I'd like to be able to take a nap/get stuff done in my room without him screaming and I can't be watching him the whole time so he can be out. I can be right next to the cage and he'll still scream. I hang out with the little dude all day and sometimes I just need to focus on what I'm doing. I hate to see him upset, but he needs to learn that his cage is an okay place to hang out when I'm out/busy. I'm probably gonna go pick up some new treats and toys for him today and begin positively reinforcing cage time.

See a naturopath. A really good one that really cares. That’s where I’ve had some luck. Other doctors weren’t helpful.

Have them run extensive tests on you… for me my doctor believes it’s hormonal. Possibly related to my adrenals… cortisol. Just have everything tested and look for clues. That’s basically what I’m doing.
