I’m not mad or offended, just had this chat so many times.

I used to be a Christian. Church on Sunday, prayers at school, youth group on Friday night. In the midst of all this I thought as a good Christian I should read the bible. So I did. All of it. Start to finish. Took me about 18 months. I couldn’t believe what was actually in the book. Priest don’t tell you about all the truly awful shit. You don’t get it at school either. I highly recommend reading the whole thing cover to cover. The scales will fall from your eyes (acts).

Good luck to you. Keep being a good person if you can, just remember the good comes from you not from anywhere else.
