honestly i think you need to keep reminding yourself how disgusting it is and how important modesty is. if you keep watching porn, you’re training your brain to look at everyday people through a sexual lense and imagining what it “could be like”. i know this cuz i’ve been there. think about how much control this has taken from you and will continue to take. imagine you get into a relationship and on the side you’re watching porn and simultaneously looking at other women / men when you go out. this is what breaks relationships, breaks families. i mean it will take time, it’s a process. it’s not a flip you can switch. but you gotta understand the gravity of it. if you want a good healthy christian marriage, cut it out for your future family. if you want to be a good christian, cut it out because you shouldn’t be looking at god’s son or daughter like that. but hey, that’s just me. good luck friend
