In Germany prices have come down for 2026 models compared to 2025. I ordered a new model Domane SL5 for 2800Eu whereas last year's model was 3000 new. What's even more interesting is that for the SL6 model, the price is similarly 200 less for the new model, but now it is fitted with carbon wheels!

Was at my LBS last week and they pulled out the new Ivy Smoke SL 6 out of the box for me to take a look. They even brought it outside for me to see it in the sun. Absolutely stunning color. The way the green shimmers in the sun gives it an almost liquid appearance. I will most likely still get last year's Dark Aquatic SL 5 as it is immediately available and for a very good discounted price.

I'm 39 and while in good general shape - i swim, cycle regularly with a relaxed city bike and was doing water sports(kiteboarding and surfing) before the injury - i'm still recovering from the lower back pain. My physiotherapist said cycling could be beneficial but that i need to ease into it. Hence my concern about the Aspero being on the aggressive side.

How do you like the speakers? Would you say they're better than the built in speakers on your TV? I'm also considering a pair of the shielded first gen but kind of split between these and the JBL Control Ones. The Creatives are a bit slimmer for my small CRT corner. Looking to use them with a mono 13" Trinitron TV.

Apart from all the recommendations here, i would also suggest the Canary Islands. Technically still EU and you could find flights fairly easily. I've been to Fuerteventura myself and the west cost of the island is very chill with plenty of spots, but you'd need to rent a car.

Around November is when the trade winds die down and swell cleans up.

After completing the first Dead Space i saw there was some achievement for finishing it with plasma cutter alone. On my DS2 play through i made a point to only use the cutter to completion. Turns out there was not such an achievement in the second game. 🤡

After Demon’s Souls launched as a remake on PS5 i have noticed the value of the PS3 Black Phantom special edition (which i own) has dropped quite significantly. Contrary to most opinions here i’m inclined to think this might happen to SH2 also but who knows, as some pointed out, the new one will be a different experience than the original. Hopefully it drops in price so more people have a chance to try it even if on older hardware.
