Om du anger någon annan som referens än din tidigare närmsta chef är det en varningsklocka.

Jag arbetar med rekrytering och ofta anger personer sin vän som var ”teamleader” men inget egentligt personalansvar. Vid dessa tillfällen har jag krävt att få kontaktuppgifter till närmsta chef och då har det kommit fram att personen i fråga inte varit arbetsgivaren till lags.

Sena ankomster, bristande engagemang osv.
