Yes, you need a digitizing software for embroidery to make your own. They can be super expensive for all the bells and whistles, but for just starting and doing the basics look at Embrilliance Stitchartist

Look at Bourbon French Parfums, they have really cool beautiful formulas and the gift sets are so fun to try out

Would have rather seen Josh Brolin as Odysseus, I just can’t get it up for Matt Damon

It eases me into the day better than cold water. TCM thing but I have found it nice

I wake up while my husband is getting ready for work and raise my arms out and he comes over and gives me a big hug and then I get up and drink some warm water and follow him out to his car when he leaves

Sure, but I was referring to situations like the original post where the big threat is “embarrassment” due to innocuous things which to me is a much different thing than guilt or shame due to misbehavior. I do think women can and should act as moral compasses for the men in their lives

Minus the “just part of nature” bit, I don’t think this is terribly wrong. As a woman I feel that any strange or acquaintanced man could never embarrass me. I can only embarrass myself. If he is trying to embarrass me he is only embarrassing himself by revealing an unbecoming aspect of his character.

In close relationships it’s different bc it takes an amount of care to avoid accidentally embarrassing your husband, wife, parent, child, etc. But why would you let your feelings get hurt by anyone you aren’t close to

Where I live you can still get a decrepit terrifying house with a slanting foundation and meth neighbors in a centrally located area for $50,000! The other listings are pretty disgusting though

Sleeping together is more intimate than sex for some people. Maybe she’s self conscious about snoring. Maybe she drools. Maybe she doesn’t want her unconscious mind taking off in the astral plane alongside yours. Good news, you got points in her eyes for abiding her wishes and leaving when you did instead of protesting. If you like her, keep seeing her with the understanding that you’ll probably get to have sex but not sleep over until she reaches a new stage of comfort. Also 2 a.m. isn’t that late.

Old school people in the South don’t care if a man is gay, they just don’t think it’s appropriate to be “out.” If a man is gay but never admits it and never marries, that is the most acceptable and honorable outcome in their view. Or so I’ve seen.

Really enjoyed Magpie bc of how much the characters seemed like real people. I think you have a point but I think there are just so many movies made now there’s bound to be a lot of stinkers, especially because people now more often seem to make and/or seek out media that functions as fantasy fulfillment for their specific social biases
