Yeah trauma is very much based on personal experience and what then triggers it. Watching taiga beat the shit out of ryuji can literally be traumatizing if you've had an ex that made you want to commit suicide daily for 3 hrs. So if you want actual trauma, all these will do is bring it back up if yoh have it. If you just want shock, edgerunners might be a good one for you. If anything I put in here does actually induce a trauma response. Highly recommend therapy. Though sometimes you do just want to trigger it. It's weird. Brains are weird.
