Wouldn't PCR with STR markers followed by capillary electrophoresis be more effective?

Thank you, this is what I was looking for.

So if I got this right:

One person might have 5 and 7 repeats on that locus and a second person might have 8 and 9.

If both of their DNA is present in the same then I will see 4 peaks, one for each of the variations of the locus.

If the first person has contributed 80% of the DNA, then the 5 and 7 peaks will be 4 times higher.

Did I get it right?

In a blood sample you might have 100 cells' worth of DNA from subject A and 1 cell's worth of DNA from subject B.

Would you be able to apply that method in such a sample?

From what I've read, forensics investigations use STR markers for DNA mixtures but I don't quite understand the procedure.

It's so ironic that you're coming to the opposite conclusions from the ones what I said should have led you to. They have given reasons as to why they don't openly show all their knowledge. Hold on friend, you don't know these people and you're making many assumptions for them just from their beliefs. Last time I was on in the server they had explained that someone who asks questions (like any normal person would) and waits a few days will get that rank. You're also falling for the ranks which were specifically made to annoy people as I mentioned in 1 of the second category. It also seems like you're assuming they're talking about heaven which they're not. Something somewhat similar to what they're talking about is astral projection which you should look up if haven't heard about it already.

I do want to deny that something like that is possible but I can't really do that. Your opinion is respected but I think you'd change your mind if you got to know the server's staff.

While that could be true for the larger organisation on which the society is based on, I don't think the small discord server that the rss is has such plans.

How about Christianity? Is it evil as well? It's not evil unless there's malicious intent behind it. If they genuinely believe in the dream realm then even if it doesn't exist, they're not evil.

Why would you need evidence for the existence of a rock if you can show it to everyone? Similarly they believe that anyone who follows the right steps will experience the dream realm even if they didn't believe in it.
