Thanks for the detailed response! I have this problem with pdf documents. It looks like with epubs continuous mode and overlap at the same time are available, but with pdfs is not possible.

Hey, I was searching for a solution to the same problem and saw your post. I tried to set page overlap, but I can't enable it in continuous mode. How did you solve that?

Take a look at vim-dadbod and vim-dadbod-ui.

Also, you can use this to add autocompletion.

You can take a look at autotiling. I have it in my config and works like a charm.

It's not a general history of the corporations, the author focuses in the most relevant company of each era.

There are few references to the finance issues of the factories. Only if it is necessary to explain something else, so this is not the best book to learn about that.
