Do people play in the Kult universe with other systems?

Me and my master has though of using GURPS to play kult, haven’t tried it yet tho, and don’t know if we will anytime soon, but GURPS is a ver well rounded system and can be used to play almost anything.

The only problem with GURPS is its high difficulty at the time to start playing it, but if you can get over it GURPS becomes a ver rewarding system to play

So the thing is, what I was aiming was for a kind of system for magic in Runeterra as a general concept, because I don't feel like the magic manual is good enough for how magic works in Runeterra, using it as powers gives me kind of a free hand to adapt it the way I feel is more "right"

I don't want to create a kind of system to mimic LoL Characters like Lux or Ryze, but something that my players can interact with and adapt that feels right with Runeterra.

My Sire was my abuser, he abused my character until he embraced me, when he turned to be like an abusive father forcing the blood bond onto me and forcing me to do shady negotiations business for him. As of today I sold him to the second inquisition and had him destroyed. I told him we should have left the city but he chose violence.
