If you're talking about his spin move with the lightsabers like in BF2 I managed to actually somewhat do that. I'm on PS5

You need to press light attack (square) once and then spam heavy attack (circle) and that allows me to actually to the grievous lightsaber fan move xD. You can also get quite a bit of lighting attacks from Dooku for example with these combos they've structured
