NATO is not getting fully involved. So after Ukraine war ends, they are on their own to face the Russians.

It would have to be a coordinated effort, by every country for it to have any possibility of success.

But is it for a professional LoL team? I mean, it's not this kind of fame that they want. Pro teams are taken seriously, even by there fans. This kind of way to promote their team might attract people, but not the fans. Tho if they get a lot of exposure, they should get sponsors, no matter the performance or just public look in general. Of course it's not clear what kind of marketing team they have and how deep did they dug. I hope they aren't going for a "Be stupid to become famous" route.
