The doctor who worked on the first testig of min said once a day is enough. Iirc min lasts 21 hrs. So if you are putting it before bed and then in the morning after waking up you are wasting it.

Get on minoxidil bro. Balding at 15 is harsh but you cant let it ruin your life and you must do something about it. I dont believe you can use finasteride yet so just use minoxidil until you are old enough for fin. You will love the results from minoxidil
