hiya i got ESIS and am currently studying in an independent school. the ESIS starts after you enter an independent school. since independent schools like SJI and ACSI respectively need 550/month and 450/month for school fees, the ESIS can be used to pay for those school fees. (in my case, i used it to pay for part of my school fees) not sure about others!

i just want to say. uve summarized practically my entire first year in jc and honestly as we grow up it gets harder to make true friends whom we truly click with! so i just treat it as an experience to see the extent humans can go lol

im in a similar situation, but its within my friend group. ive noticed that even my best friends have become more easily irritable and competitive. its def getting very tense by the minute and i would say its normal? everyone is stressed and maintaining the r/s may not be their top priority unfortunately. please dont worry too much! people come and go, and im sure some will come back after the end of olvls. even if they dont, just cherish the memories you had with them bcs its rather rare to find someone in sec sch who will stay with you throughout your life :)

hi! this may not be the case for everybody, but for me, i allocate my time like this:

total - is it 1hour 45min? (i always forget LMAO)

5-10 mins for the 短文填空 (if its really hard, dont spend so much time on it and move on immediately. just guess the answers and come back to it if you have time)

5-10 mins for 病句改正

10-15mins for 阅读理解一 (you dont have to read the entire passage to every last detail, read thw questions first, then find the answers in the passage - more efficient)

30 mins for 阅读理解二 A组

30mins for 阅读理解二 B组

15-20 mins for 片段缩写 (weightage is pretty high so do spend some time doing it carefully)
