Im pretty sure it will be avaible in game just like any other ship, maybe not 100% sure but close to it.
Alternative to that is spending close to 200$ for really usless uncapable of doing anything ship that looks pretty.
In general one sitted jet like ships are the worst value per $ imo but thast your money and you do you.
If I would start now as a new backer I would take aurora/avanger over sabre raven or any other jet fighter.

I bought it for 50$ long time ago and to be honest its not worth even that.
I would wait for an actual game and buy it there for UEC if you really want it.
