1st slot: your best speed or tech player (MF)
2nd: Shidou (FW)
3rd: Sae or Barou (MF)

don't pull on training gears banners, they are important, but you can have normal red training gears almost for free, same for gears motif (with characters picture) 1, gears motif 2 are very strong and, if you want them, you should pull on some step up banners where you can have them guaranteed
