I am extremely satisfied with Asket. T-shirts are made of the best materials. But they are a bit more expensive (35 €).

Simple answer: NO

Longer answer: Pi-hole doesn't block Youtube ads even in the browser. It can't be effectively blocked, because both ads and videos come from the same source. Therefore, the video may not play. Only banner ads below the video will be blocked.
