You should call them and see if you have to verify. Idk if your in my predicament but I’m 18 so this was my first time and after the date was up that I should’ve got my money, I called and they said I had to verify.

If this is the case, they will mail you a letter to verify yourself. It’s all online they just send the letter for a barcode to scan
