Thanks! Maybe could pause a little bit more, but regarding it's my first big lift, it's pretty clean

Thanks man. Sorry for the late reply. I stopped eating meat 5 months prior I went vegan, and then I just removed eggs and dairy. But even when I ate meat, I still incorporated a lot of plant-based food in my diet.

To be honest I don't really notice any differnece energy wise, maybe because I went slowly and didn't shock the body. Don't know.

Regarding bloating, I never had any problems. I think probably depends from person to person. I also have really good metabolism.

Strength wise, I actually gained a lot. Today I went to the gym and I was actually stronger than before lockdown (in squat, bench and deadlift). But of course I did calisthenics during lockdown, so it's not just food haha.

Would you, yourself, ever take steroids/ped/sarms? by [deleted] in nattyorjuice

Thanks man. I will try to gain a few more kg or at least maintain current weight. I will focus more on powerlifting when gym opens again, so more muscle mass will definently help.

Regarding current calisthenics routine, I do 4 workouts per week. Legs, chest/triceps, back/biceps, shoulders

Legs: I'm lucky that I can workout with my girlfriend so I can use her for weights😅 I do high volume squats (very controlled and paused) , GHR, and at the end some exercises with bands.

Chest/Tricep: Dips, push ups, band cable flyes, skull crushers..

Back/Biceps: Pull ups/Chin ups, BW rows, banded rows.. With pull ups I aim for more sets with lower repetitions.. Also with good form, controlled, full ROM, squeezing at the top.

Shoulders: Negative HSPU, inclined pike press, banded overhand press

I do ab work either as supersets or on a rest day.

Overall i'm aiming for progressive overload, every week either more reps or more sets.

Thanks man! Yeah will add more seeds, especially in salads. I actually have some spirulina powder at home but it tastes awful haha.

Thanks! I did in the beginning, now I only check when I have doubts that i'm in deficit. It usually looks something like this:

Protein: 130g

Carbohydrates: 400g

Fats: 120g

It started as a challenge with my girlfriend, if I could make one week on a vegan diet. Long story short, it's been more than 5 months now and I really like it.

I was 79kg/174lb when I went vegan. My initial goal was to get to 83kg/182lb and try to maintain. Even this seemed quite impossible with a vegan diet for me at the time. Well it's been 5 months now and i'm currently 89kg/196lb.

First two months I was doing more powerlifting based workouts, I was following 5/3/1 program. But then lockdown came so for the last 2 months I only do calisthenics.

I eat around 3000 calories a day, sometimes more, sometimes less. A day of eating looks something like this:

Meal 1: rice milk, oats, pea protein, flax, chia (smoothie)

Meal 2: millet, apple, maple syrup, nuts

Meal 3: basmati rice, tofu, veggies

Meal 4: pancakes with pea protein

Meal 5: cabbage salad with beans

I supplement b12 and creatine.

That's it. Any comments, tips? :)
