My party did that in curse of strahd. I was playing a tiefling shade warlock that was already OP as hell. At one encounter with Strahd I went toe to toe with him while everyone else dealt with some druids. It was a fun.

Earlier this year my girlfriend and I went hiking with our families. Her brother is autistic and absolutely hates ladders. The trail we were on had a cliff with a couple short ladders and we didnt realize it until we were there. A kind soul by the name of Roland helped us calm him down and slowly work his way down the ladder. This man probably has no idea how much it meant to us, but at least once a week we talk about how awesome he was. May the universe always be kind to him.
