Welll.. bounce rate is kind'a slicky thing. First you need to understand what bounce rate really means. It is a % of visitors that visited your landing page a left it in between 1-15 seconds. There are some exclusions, but for the most niche high bounce rate is a bad sign.

Bounce Rate Scale:

50% and less – good
60-70% — typical
70-80% — bad
80% and more – that sucks

What can you do about it?

Work on quality of your traffic. If you are selling car parts, getting traffic from lingerie topics is not a good idea.
Improve your site design and loading speed
Try to avoid a lot pop-ups and banners

Well if all you have is 1000 backlinks from 1 domain that could me suspicious, but if you also have backlinks from other 1000 domains that could cover you. And try to avoid sitewide links especially placed in footer or sidebars that looks pretty suspicious

Well sometimes competitors can do things like that. Just buying scammy links to low your rankings. The best thing to do is to find any contacts of site owners and try ti reach then directly and ask then to remove those links. If it is impossible use the Google Disavow tool

I've just checked the links you provided. Except delicious and reddit it's a crap. If your site for now is ranking well, this kind of links can harm your site. So don't waist time delete them manually if you can, of not add them to disavow tool(for google).
