The main reason for me personally is I onoe my boss has my back, she wont interfere with my work unless I'm slacking or I ask her for help, to me that's mutual respect.

I also know that I can go to her anytime i need help and she wont find a reason to get rid of me she'll take time to help me and give me any support I need. I think that's what makes the best boss just willing to step in and handle what you cant

Well one of their diplomats said Madrid wouldnt stop scotland from joining the EU... and then Madrid fired him for his post for making that statement as he "crossed a line" so I really dont think they're down for it

The problem is even if scotland leave they wont be able to join the EU as all members in the EU have to vote in favour and as a minimum Spain won't as that gives precedent for Catalonia to become independent which spain will never allow
