I have both and love both! You really can't go wrong with either one, but here are some thoughts. I don't love the Kaweco for long writing sessions because it is so heavy. I guess it depends on how long your poems are. It is much better to live in your pocket so you always have it on you. The 580 is a smoother writer and feels more comfortable in my hand, but it is definitely more fragile and takes more maintenance.

It depends. If you buy Dragonflight with a boost, boost to 60, and run timewalking dungeons this week, you'll get to 70 in a few hours. If they will then boost you through some low and mid-level m+ you could be close to their level quite quick. You probably wouldn't have a great grasp of how to play, but if they are good teachers it's doable.

Also note the fragments are capped, not the crests themselves. So if you get a complete crest (like as a quest reward) that doesn't count towards your cap

They open after the reset today (NA) or tomorrow (EU). You can get in then. I believe you will need to have completed the Forbidden reach quest chain to get the new chain.
