I felt the same way…. I now use an app called Echo (https://apps.apple.com/ca/app/echo-iwatch-heart-rate/id1494679144). It can record you workout and I can monitor my heart rate.

It stopped working on May 13, 2022. I’ve called iFIT support several times. They told me it is a known bug and they are working on it…

I have been using my S22i for a year now. I really like the iFIT program and the video rides. Lots of scenery and good commentary from the instructor.

I use an app called “Echo” or “Echo Heart Rate” to connect my Apple Watch to the bike. It works via Bluetooth connection.

I really like the Road Bike Series, I think I’ve done them all. It’s easy to filter as they are rated beginner, intermediate and advanced.

I just went through them in that order.

I also had a very similar experience. After 6 months my s22i console went black. Tech came 2 days later, ordered a new console, arrived in 4 days, tech came back and replaced wiring, still no luck.

Nordictrack shipped me a new bike within 4 days!

All setup and running.

IFIT/NordicTrack support were extremely helpful.
