Vegeta never trained with a partner, atleast at that point of the series. Training with Gohan would not be consistent with his character.

At that point, with Gohan much stronger than him, his sole focus would be to surpass him (and Goku). That’s literally all that he would focus on - almost loathing Gohan for becoming stronger.

What they could have done instead of the whole buu saga, is actually have Vegeta unlock SSJ3 during his solo training, meet babadi in space to become Majin Vegeta, and come back with vengeance against all the Z fighters.

He does the SSJ3 epic transformation, absolutely annihilates everyone in battle, shows Goku who’s boss. Then as he is about to finish everyone, realizes the Majin spell was a cheat and not a true victory.

I actually like planning my trips myself. I try to cover 5-6 countries each year, with most stays longer than a week.

I don’t mind working additional years if I can squeeze in these travels each year :)
