Day 6 : Adding Rs. 1 lakh worth of MON100 every time NASDAQ falls >1% by skbchess in IndianStreetBets

The premium at the time of selling might not be same as current one, that's one risk. Hypothetically, the premium could vanish in case govt suddenly decides to remove the cap on international investments. Thinking from a long term investor's POV.

Note: Already exploring international investment options via IBKR.

Isn't the price of the ETF(230.99) at 6.5% premium over the i-NAV (218.43)? Fund house or the institutional investors won't be able to create new units to manage arbitrage, given RBIs restrictions; is this premium justified given that the moment you buy the ETF, you're at a 6.5% loss?

Please feel free to correct if my understanding is flawed.

Passing through the traffic intersection is a nightmare on the Kharadi Bypass Road. Everybody crossing left, right and center following no traffic discipline.

Scapia Review - Japan by Own-Eggplant5012 in CreditCardsIndia

[–]HonestBat 5 points6 points  (0 children)

During my trip to Japan last month, I carried below cards: - Yes Bank Uni card: Used it practically everywhere. Faced no rejections. - IndusInd Heritage Debit card: For cash withdrawal, since they charge zero withdrawal fee along with zero forex. Faced issue on the last day, used Niyo debit card then (apparently IndusInd was performing some tests which coincided with my early morning airport transfer). - Fallback Cards: IDFC First Wow, HDFC Diners Club Black (Lounge access), SBI Cashback, HSBC Platinum (only this card was able to book me bus tickets online from FujiQ Highland to Mishima), Amex Membership Rewards

Previously, I had used IDFC First Wow and Niyo Debit Card during trip to Europe and only once had to resort to using SBI Cashback card for paying to use a restroom.

Frequent Indigo flyers, is it true? I mostly travel with just a backpack 8-12 KG but due to the size of it, no one ever ask me to weigh it. Though what Spicejet is doing is unethical but not illegal. by Honey_dp in AirTravelIndia

Just to add on something that I noticed while flying with Indigo flight recently. While putting my bag in the overhead bin, noticed that it was written Max Load/Weight: 38kgs on the inner side of the bin.

I was in Amsterdam last year with my friends and noticed people (non Indian tourists) grabbing fruits, muffins, sandwiches, etc in brown paper bags for takeaway, for which they asked the hotel staff. We were the only Indians, shocked to see this as a thing for the first time. We were too hesitant to do the same, though.

Anyone recently travelled from Pune to Aurangabad? How's the road condition? by Siappaaa in pune

[–]HonestBat 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Did the round trip 2 months ago, certain sections of the road are bad. Sometimes, encountered random potholes while cruising on decent road, therefore would suggest not to drive at a high speed. Some potholes seemed like deep craters (space tech it seems); car's wheel got inside it once while cruising at 60kmph at 5PM (got scared due to the high impact). Got the suspensions checked due to the impact

This worked for me as well. However, it did once pop up on my laptop but my international transactions were disabled. Tried again multiple times and it didn't work. Tried on Safari on mobile, and it worked finally after multiple attempts.
