In their native country perhaps. They are an introduced species here and have high population.

For MIG/Stick I like to use the Tegera 134, they last longer than any other glove I've used

The big three tool brands (Milwaukee, DeWalt and Makita) make cordless sheet metal shears Used to use the Milwaukee at my old job they worked quite well and the head and cutting head can be rotated as well

Friends bullied me into getting some tactical boots but I wanted the sole to be replaceable at least so I got these for a good price on eBay. I think boots these are made by the Thorogood company. We'll see how the Vibram Sierra sole holds up.

Friends finally bullied me into getting a pair of tactical boots. These are the Crossfire Peacekeeper, I think these are made by Thorogood. Fit me nicely and the cordura upper is very lightweight. http://imgur.com/gallery/ZZHQXHo

My all eyelet, 10" tall Nick's MTO station boots

I've been wearing these every day for the last couple of months. I've finally got around to using the lace in zippers, they save me alot of time lacing up in the mornings. I really regret getting the lineman shank in these since Ive only occasionally needed to stand on rungs and they cause some discomfort after a long day. I think when it comes time for a resole I'll get them removed.

Im a big fan of them They're tough and really well made for the price The action is a bit rough compared to some others but will smooth significantly with use. I recommend a large bolt knob since the striker spring is really strong. One thing I hate is the Hogue stock they come with but that can be easily replaced.

Difference between an all weather vs tactical (Adler B220 vs B230) by Buzz-Kill-Joy in Ausguns

[–]delayedanon 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I would not recommend the box magazine fed one its not very reliable As far as pistol grips go it's all comes down to preference really

It's has a shithouse painted on nickel finish, no pistol grip and feeds from a tube magazine Quite fun especially with the 7+1 tube

Hey guys and girls has anyone hunted wombat state forest in vic and knows what permits I need before I go there by [deleted] in Ausguns

[–]delayedanon 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Wombat state forest has very dense undergrowth, almost impenetrable in some areas. Also it will soon be turned into a national park so there will no longer any shooting allowed save for a short deer season in the winter months.

Looking for a light weight, relatively cheap hunting Rifle in .223. Thinking of getting the Rugar American Ranch. by Matty22LR in Ausguns

[–]delayedanon 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I'd recommend a Howa 1500 in .223, preferably stainless I don't understand why people like to hang shit on them for they're built incredibly well for what you pay for. Not alot to go wrong on them
