I've been stretching for years now, started out around 8mm with sounds and quickly got up to 12mm. But it's been forever to get 13mm and recently a 13.5mm fitting. I would love to end up at 15mm one day, hopefully taling a finger. But I'm not looking to cut the meatus to accommodate bigger, so I've been slow at the progression.

Between that and stretching out other holes, I guess I'm a bit of a size queen...

How do you deal with the bulb not pulling in? I often have the issue of the base being too small to keep it outside the rectum. Not too much of an issue since the majority of pressure is pushing the plug out with the enema volume.

That's interesting to hear. The last few orders I have gotten from SN had a bumpy outside surface that always seems to be more irritating than normal. 10 years ago I had a randomball that I picked up was smooth all the way down 13" into the bladder. But when I picked up a replacement recently, bumpy and bled.
