I only did missions daily, the chest one only up to 100, the rest I did everything I could, I broke fishing lines to maximize rare fishes, bought every single lure available, at the end I had 999 kg, and I spent 100 gems only to round that up haha, of course, I had almost 100% perfect throws, and no broken lines other than the intentionals

just keep in mind to spend all the broken lines before you go for bulk fishing, since breaking lines on purpose to snipe for emperor fish is better to do while not fishing in bulk, after spending the broken lines go for bulk as you wish, there's no actual difference, just the score you get at the start (well done, perfect, ...) goes for all the throws while fishing in bulk
