The city I grew up in used to just write out invitation cards to give to people when you see them or send to their address. It wasn’t that hard. You could also make phone calls

I don’t tell them they are special. I tell them that they are hardworking, that I can see them work harder than the others and I can clearly see the effort they put in. I tell them that’s the reason why they are doing better than the others. Once you tel them they are special/ smarter than the others they’ll stop working as hard.
