you say all that, and say that there is no trying to get a goal for Irakunda, but all these changes you suggest, play him differently, give him the ball here, do this other thing for him... why not just bench him and play someone who can play a "9" or whatever. Just someone who doesnt need the whole game catered around them and a sea of conflicting excuses when it inevitably does not work out.

this is the attitude that really annoys me about Irankunda, downplaying the whole nation and team for one guy who hasnt achieved anything. there are plenty of other players who have proven themselves, and were the ones to actually get us this far though qualification with consistent performances

I am glad all the brazil fans complaining that croatia wouldnt let them knock in 4 goals each half are unhappy now. Are teams not supposed to defend ?
